Sakura Residence is a fully furnished apartment designated to provide accommodations which you can easily move in and move out.
Almost all things you need are provided in each unit, so you can start your new life in Japan with a minimum inconvenience.
In addition, these fully furnished apartments eliminate the need for you to purchase furniture and typical household appliances.
COMMUNITY FOR NAVY PERSONNEL & CIVILIANS
Living in Japan would be a little challenge for Americans. Cultures, rules, language and many other things are different from those in the United States.
Due to those differences, many people feel difficulties in their lives out of the base and sometimes they get in trouble with neighbors. And once you get in trouble, it would be much harder to solve the problem by yourselves.
Sakura Residence is an accommodation only for people who work for US Navy. Our staffs help our tenants to get accustomed to their lives and to enjoy living in Japan.
FLEXIBLE RENTAL SYSTEM
Deposit, landlord’s fee and agent fee are usually required to rent an apartment or a house in Japan. On the other hand, some people are offered those expenses as relocation assistance and others are not.
We provide multiple payment system for our tenants so that they can make better contract for them.
We offer RPP (Rental Partnership Program) lease which doesn’t need Deposit, Landlord’s Fees and Agent Fees as well as normal private rentals.We also offer short-term lease for 1 to 6 months including utilities and other services.
